As seasoned entrepreneurs, they’ve successfully operated multiple ventures, including Excel Title Group, Integrity Title Records, Aggieland Title in College Station, TX, and several abstract companies across the Oklahoma market.
Lance’s expertise lies in land title insurance across Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. Jody, a licensed Realtor since 1996 with a strong focus on residential sales, also served as EVP of Business Development and Community Involvement for the Luna family companies for six years.
Since 2021, the couple has also been active in the home investing side of the business—primarily purchasing distressed properties, completing tasteful renovations, and bringing revitalized homes back to market. Their passion for the industry continues to grow, and they enjoy building relationships with fellow real estate professionals.
Their greatest motivation comes from their three children—Max, Honor, and Ross—who are both their highest priority and the inspiration behind the MHR brand.
